She gave such clear instructions, which was so helpful for those in the class who were new to reformer Pilates (and also for people like myself who need some extra guidance). She was so encouraging, always telling the class how strong they were and providing individual encouragement. Sherry is my favorite instructor that I have had so far at yoga hub and would love to see her have weekly classes at the Castleknock location!

Appreciate that she provided a range of options to ensure you’re as challenged as you wish. Only quibble is that there are too many reformer beds in such a small room. Feels borderline claustrophobic:

se alle anmeldelserLove the classes with Alan, every time! He has a great vibe and is very experienced. Also, he explains everything very well. I really liked the flow from todays class, a bit more challenging but he also always gives options so that all levels can join (no absolute beginners though I’d say). The new studio is really nice, looking forward to once it’s finalized. Two comments though: Maybe there is an option to turn off the door bell once the class starts AND I would highly appreciate if there would be more than just three cloths to wipe the mats after use since the cloths are sweaty / damp after the first person has used it. Thanks ☺️ 🙏🏻

se alle anmeldelserGiving 5* but I have feedback on today’s class. I love this studio a lot, it’s my fav Pilates studio in Dublin (and I’ve tried a few). Keadie put so much 💛 into it, you can clearly see and feel it, I just love her classes and her aura ✨. This class today was a bit different, I’d say still good, the instructor was friendly but with a different vibe. Less instructions, I sometimes had to check what the instructor was doing because I couldn’t hear her properly. People had no socks on (eww) and either the instructor was too shy to say something or didn’t care (she clearly saw it). Also, we started 2mins later and finished at 9:44 (instead of 9:50, I made photos) - I don’t want to be stingy that’s more than 15% (!) of the time I’ve paid for ☺️
