    Bike to Barre

    The bike to barre classes are my personal favorite here! Bike is always super challenging for me so I struggle to keep up with the pace at times but I love the energy! I’m just not as athletic as the instructors haha! Barre portion is also not chill which I love because I don’t want breaks even if I’m dying.
