Yin moments, nothing rushed, everything intentional. Lauren created a space that felt safe and present & I really appreciated the calm, steady guidance throughout. The studio itself was so calming & beautifully put together which made settling in so easy. The whole environment felt warm & inviting, like a quiet little reset from the day. Such a dreamy slice of heaven!!!
