se alle anmeldelserIntense and fun class to get your heart rate up — exactly what I was looking for! Laurel the coach is great and will help you modify movements or workout as necessary. Maybe not the best class for a beginner but if you let them know before class your level of experience with exercise it seems like they will do their best to help you modify to fit your level of abilities.
