se alle anmeldelserAmber’s chillness is worth it all on its own. I’m a larger man with some past injuries and the class isn’t always as “doable” as I’d like, but that’s a me thing. Out of all the yin and candlelight style classes I signed up for up for here on class pass. She stands out with the time she gives you in between positions and I love that. I’m usually the last to get into position fully and the last to get out. Her flow and cadence is very manageable and supportive.

It was an awesome work out and I think the more classes you take the more confident you feel just like with anything else. Zoe was so friendly and welcoming and had such fun choreography! Definitely recommend if you’re up for something different!
