The pace is slower and more controlled, which is exactly what I need when I want to step back, focus on my technique, and clean up the details instead of rushing through combinations. She also gives modifications for more advanced students, so the class can still be challenging. Definitely a great class to take when you want to slow down and really work on your technique.
