She makes the effort to greet me each time, which I do appreciate. Her class consistently has a great balance of speed spins vs resistance, some choreo, some strength weight training, and caters to all levels of attendees, which not every trainer can do. Grace was so kind to take the time to correct poses and she offered modifications to those who are more advanced in their practice. This is an intermediate class for sure and the room was so hot all the way til the end so be prepared. Definitely have a small meal prior and stay hydrated through out!

The flow was slower paced than I am used to, I enjoyed, just a different pace than let’s say corepower which is a bit quicker. Just for informational purposes no criticism. The room was 100 degrees and will definitely make you sweat. I will be back

There are so many wonderful teachers and I have a list of favorites for various purposes. Her classes are so unique and sometimes almost feel a bit like PT and yoga combined. She has a solid understanding of the body and will have you do things youve likely never done before in a yoga class. She loves props and so do I and I always learn something new in her class. She’s calm, soothing, grounding, has an amazing voice and energy and her classes will challenge you in a very unique way! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Only thing I always hope for in restorative/ yin — is music with no percussion or lyrics. But this is a personal thing because I’m a musician and percussion / lyrics are hard to fully zone out on. Def recommend this class and will be back!

The last class I attended at Caffe Yoga was Erin’s last class at the district location so it was so heartwarming to see how the new studio has come together! The only slight downside today was people coming in late and trying to wiggle their way to the back of the room - it was quite distracting and loud while we had our eyes closed trying to focus and begin practice. I wonder if there can be a space closer to the door reserved for late comers. Other than that, great class!

I typically seek the hard core ones not realizing what I needed was Jeri’s class! This class was rhythmic and energetic and self - affirming and even goofy at times but I LOVED EBERY MINUTE OF IT! The only problem is it was very hot, I believe the a/c was turned on but it didn’t seem to kick in. Overall, great class but it wasn’t a yin or restorative class as it said in the description. We did do yin poses and they were held for a longer time but it wasn’t yin. I still recommend this studio and Lauren. Great energy, great space. And my apologies for the disruption at the end.

Bree provides alternative options if there’s something I can’t do yet during class. She guides us through gentle yoga poses and cultivates a calm and rejuvenating atmosphere-my nervous system is very happy.
