She makes the effort to greet me each time, which I do appreciate. Her class consistently has a great balance of speed spins vs resistance, some choreo, some strength weight training, and caters to all levels of attendees, which not every trainer can do. I’ve been working on releasing some past emotions tied to grief and Kristian masterfully and playfully guides and sets the bar high for his students, using music, cuing and encouragement to guide the yogis in his space to be present on their mats. He models and guides all students through the modified poses to begin and increases (with guiding and modeling) the difficulty of the expression of the pose. So much gratitude - thank you Kristian!

This is my second class with Lori and I love her prompts into the different poses. In the last class we worked on Bird of Paradise and I appreciate the way she presented two different approaches to bird of paradise. For me that is very helpful since I am not that flexible. There are so many wonderful teachers and I have a list of favorites for various purposes. Her classes are so unique and sometimes almost feel a bit like PT and yoga combined. She has a solid understanding of the body and will have you do things youve likely never done before in a yoga class. She loves props and so do I and I always learn something new in her class. She’s calm, soothing, grounding, has an amazing voice and energy and her classes will challenge you in a very unique way! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It started with Brooke who greeted me at the door and took me on a quick tour, she was so kind and made me feel that I have a safe space in this studio. Then I class Nina was the teacher, she greeted me with the warmest smile and asked about my body and if there was anything I needed to be careful of doing. We had 8 minutes at each station and 2 minutes of rest in between switching stations. Each station had 4 exercises that targeted different muscle groups. I like that we can pick our own weights and go at our own pace. I'm feeling happily sore!
