se alle anmeldelserGreat class! As someone who typically is more of a Pilates girl, this class was a great change of pace. Alexis had a circuit of strength training exercises and checked in with me many times, helping to direct me through the workout. The gym or studio (a bit of a combo of both) was bright and had great views from the windows. There were towels, a water station and plenty of equipment. The front desk was friendly and so was the instructor. I will be back!

se alle anmeldelserLorena was really nice and energetic. She welcomed all the new people in class before we started dancing. Her playlist was a mix of English, Spanish, some house , cumbia, salsa, merengue , reggeton, rnb , pop, and swing. It was a fun class.

se alle anmeldelserParking easy, gym was clean from what I saw, I was just using a treadmill. Front Desk was welcoming. I was surprised by how busy it was around mid-morning on a Monday but that’s not under their control. Would return!

se alle anmeldelserI went to body pump by accident because ClassPass had the incorrect schedule. Also, make sure you go to Garden Grove as Anaheim doesn’t have classes. However, body pump was fun and the other ladies were supportive. The instructor was encouraging.
