The therapist used the perfect amount of pressure throughout and really focused on the problem areas I mentioned at the start of the session. My shoulders and muscles had been extremely tense from stress, and by the end I felt noticeably more relaxed and relieved. I left feeling much better both physically and mentally. Highly recommend.
