Simona explained everything in detail at the start so during the treatment I could relax without having to explain herself. Please note this is a mobile service so if you are looking for a pampering service, this won’t be the case unless you have all the amenities of a salon at your own home and you will have to clean up after your haircut. She also charges a fee for transport which wasn’t mentioned in ClassPass.
