Lucy was great, but I did have to ask her to turn the music down because I couldn’t hear her. She turned it down a little but I still struggled. So it was a bit annoying having to constantly look up to check what pose we were on. Personally I prefer yoga classes with very light background music. I thought the drum part at the end was beautiful, Lucy came around and banged a drum which made a lovely sound. But it was slightly ruined by the other music still on. One or the other would have been good. She also didn’t face the class, which I found to be a little impersonal. Other than this, it was a fab workout, I felt energised and refreshed afterwards, so thank you very much!

Next time I’ll have a cleansing facial. The therapist talked me through everything and explained how different things worked. Left feeling very refreshed - and will have to see how my skin looks in 3-4 days to see if the heat therapy did its job! Small thing is that I agree with other reviews that it’s difficult to find - I had to ask a security guy because it wasn’t on any of the Canary Wharf shopping centre maps. If coming in from the entrance by Starbucks, you turn right and follow the sign for 20 Churchill Place and the jubilee line. You go through the doors and around the corner and May Therapies is right there with mirrored doors and seats outside for waiting. It would be helpful if they had a map and directions on their website?
