se alle anmeldelserThis was my first time taking a beginner hip hop class, and I had so much fun! As someone with basically no hip hop or dance experience, the routine was definitely challenging, but Nick brought so much energy and enthusiasm to the class that it made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. It was also a fantastic cardio workout! The time flew by because I was having so much fun! At the end of class, they record the routine, which I thought was such a fun touch. Watching myself back, I can confidently say I did not quite nail the choreography 😂, but that honestly didn’t take away from the experience at all. I loved having the video and being able to see what we worked on. The whole class had a great energy, and everyone seemed genuinely excited to be there. It felt upbeat, welcoming, and like a really fun way to get a workout in without constantly thinking about the fact that you’re exercising. I also really appreciated that 88 Studios has a parking lot right outside. It is paid parking, but I found the price incredibly reasonable, and for me it was absolutely worth avoiding the stress of trying to find street parking in a busy area. Overall, such a fun experience! I got a great cardio workout, tried something completely new, challenged myself, and had a blast doing it. I would definitely take another class at 88 Studios!

I didn’t even know about it but the instructor was nice enough to offer for me to stay. It was just a stretching relaxation amazing class. I feel like a brand new person before the class I felt like I needed a massage and after I felt renewed…she used a massage percussion gun as well as did Reiki. I literally feel like my energy is totally opened up all these good things started happening after I got a random check ha ha and a super nice gift that came in the mail. She also said she has a book coming out I’m super interested in it. Definitely follow her and try this class out of any class. I’m telling you it’s a must! There is a parking structure right underneath. Just make sure you enter through the small alley near the parking valet area. Vibration is so good for you. It drains lymphatic system. I’m telling you I’ve not felt this relaxed in a long time. The original class … this class that I booked was so hard 27 minutes and I’m definitely gonna be soar. I was dying. It’s way harder than Pilates or cycling.

I saw another review stating the class was full of kids and that the instructor couldn't remember anyone's name, but I have been here twice and there were a couple of younger students in their teens but it was mostly adults. Also, the instructor makes an effort to remember everyone's name and even calls nearly everyone's name out for corrections/feedback. It's a great place to go if you are working to be a better dancer!
