He gave everyone a little of personal training making it feel very personable and encouraging! Great class would definite follow him to other Barry’s studios.

We had a big class and he made sure to give us each special attention and correct our form throughout class so we could have a safe, effective workout. He even recommended shoes to fix the pain in my arch (I am heel-striking hard in my soft cloud shoes and need to relearn my walk.) Anyhow, highly, highly recommend him! One more note: I am a big fan of all of the instructors I’ve had at Para. They are all positive, helpful, and seem to really care about their students!
