If you’re someone who thinks yoga is “too slow” this is the perfect class for you. The music is also great and really adds to the high-energy of the class. I’ve taken all forms of reformer classes in New York City and I like this format. Everyone had mirror space and the music system was great and I loved the playlist. The instructor taught a well thought out class that gave me an awesome Byrne. Feeling it today and I love it.

Super clear with the instructions for moves, providing lots of options for different levels, moving around the room consistently, and adjusting form when necessary. The class was interesting, with lots of new simple moves that I’ve never tried before. And the studio space is really spectacular. With all glass walls on two sides facing the Hudson River, 30 foot ceiling, and a very calm and serene feeling. Love this studio. Highly recommend.

I am so excited to return to next week’s class. She’s amazing and I feel like I really worked my body out which isn’t always the case with some exercise classes I take.
