se alle anmeldelserWillow is a 11/10 instructor! i’m in love with her breathing instructions and her instructions in general. It was easy to follow and she made it so much fun. I love how she incorporates rhythm into each of the exercises. I was in a full on trance doing mountain climbers to City Girl’s “My type”. The music selection is a 10 out of 10. The front desk staff is so sweet and has such a wonderful energy. Shout Joanne (sorry if i misspelled your name). I will def be back.

se alle anmeldelserit's a different yin than I am used to, this one uses too much effort on postures, teacher even cued a full wheel. Not so much to my liking but teacher was sweet and catered the class to our needs, the sound healing at the last 20 minutes were quite powerful, and I enjoyed it after all.
