Matt is quick to offer guidance and help when needed but doesn’t belittle or scoff at you when you need lower weights or breaks (which has happened to me at other gyms). Will be back!

He is a professional dancer, so we all feel somewhat honored that he has made time to teach us, but he is also an excellent teacher. The combinations were straightforward, he gave excellent corrections, and he was great about offering a class that is accessible to many levels of dancers. I think his focus on artistry as well as technique is going to be amazing for anyone taking this class.

I joined the Serenity Flow candle somatic movement class, and it was honestly everything I didn’t know I needed. The atmosphere was calming, the lighting set the mood perfectly, and the flow of the class felt very intentional and relaxing. I really loved the focus on movement and how it allowed me to connect with my body in a different way. It wasn’t rushed or overwhelming—just a peaceful, grounding experience. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking for something calming and different from a typical workout.
