JT gave me a quick tutorial on 6 boxing movements. She was so encouraging and made me feel so welcomed. I really enjoyed the class—great energy, great music, and great workout in a nice facility. I was sore the next day. This was such a great first experience boxing and made me want to do more! The building is located next to a parking garage in downtown Sunnyvale near Target, AMC, and a few restaurants.

se alle anmeldelserThis was my first time at this gym and my second time boxing. Instructor Joseph was friendly and clear with his instructions and cues. He went around and helped us with our form. I felt welcomed and had a great workout. Half the class was bag work and half was core work. The gym is located in a shopping center, next to a Japanese grocery store, with plenty of parking in the lot. I recommend Joseph and his class!
