Truly a seamless beautiful meditative experience! My first time to this teacher and I’ll be adding her to my list of favorites.

I chose this studio after reading the 1 star review that complained about too many sun A’s and down dogs. Thank you to that reviewer who hadn’t checked out the other reviews, it was exactly what I was looking for. Glad I did my research and took your feedback! The studio was beautiful, I can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in Nashville. The other students I met said it was easily the best spot in the city.
