se alle anmeldelserDawn Patrol Yoga really knows how to pick their instructors! Everyone I’ve taken has been so great and knowledgeable. This was my second time taking Jordan’s class this week! It’s slow-paced, classic yoga focused on balance, breathing, and moving with your body. Not an intense workout, but perfect for stretching out those stiff muscles, especially if you do hot sculpt or lift! Definitely adding yoga to my weekly rotation!

se alle anmeldelserAs a nursing student and someone who works out regularly. This is the perfect class for cool down, recovery and just giving yourself grace for an hour. I love the slow pace, long holds and atmosphere in this class. There’s lights, calming music and essential oils that really add to the experience. I am looking forward to coming to one of these classes again in the future!

He makes you feel comfortable by offering modifications and alternatives for different levels, while still encouraging you to challenge yourself. I left feeling stronger, lighter, and so refreshed. This was my first time implementing pilates into my workout routine as I only have been attending yoga classes before. However, I appreciate the introduction of pilates into today's workout. I would definitely return here as I found that yogalates further helps develop my flexibility and core strength.
