se alle anmeldelserThis was my first time taking Aurora’s Sculpt class while she was substituting, and she is an amazing instructor. I really liked the flow of her class and how she transitioned between working the left and right sides at a balanced pace. She gave enough time to feel the work and effort in each pose without staying on one side so long that discomfort or strain started to set in. I have lower back/pelvic and shoulder issues, so when one side is focused on for too long, I start to feel aches and strains that make it harder to fully perform the following exercises. Her pacing felt very thoughtful and manageable, which allowed me to stay engaged and get the most out of the workout. I would definitely take her class again.

se alle anmeldelserOmg. Totally blown away! Geraldine is incredible in every way. Her energy is magical and spiritual yet the flows were challenging. I don’t know how she does the whole class with us in that heat, no microphone. I’m soo excited to take more classes with her. 10000 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

se alle anmeldelserThis class was challenging in the best way. I felt like my core was being ripped apart and built up again. The studio remodel is so nice as well! Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

se alle anmeldelserVery nice instructor!! She went slow enough that if you’re new you don’t get lost but kept the class going where u kept in rhythm! I had questions and the instructor took the time to answer them at the end of the class which was also awesome, overall if you want a place that takes their time and care about their guest this is your spot !
