Tae-Woo set a friendly tone immediately and had us introduce ourselves to one person we didn't know (but no forcing conversation beyond that). The workout was really solid, starting out with some dynamic stretching, then weights (slow, heavier, and intentional), then a cardio/movement with dumbbells/kettlebells and short runs. Tae-Woo easily subbed the SkiErg for the running for me due to a bad knee. It was chiller than other classes I've done but still really challenging (HR zones 2 to 5 by the last few rounds of the circuit. I'll definitely be back.

ClassPass instructors had the location info but I didn’t notice or think to look until after drinking around looking for it. I will definitely take this class again.
