She is also so kind, and you can tell how much she cares about all of her students. It’s so cool that this studio offers Cadillac/Chair classes! Usually people have to sign up for private sessions to have access to this specialty equipment, so the fact that Body Design offers these classes is really such a gift!! Thank you Body Design, and thank you Lauren!!

The people are very kind and you can tell the people there really put in the work, it’s inspiring. Also Celinda is so considerate about explaining terms and leading you through across the floor moves so i didn’t feel left behind, i felt like i was really learning. I’m hoping to go back

The environment felt comfortable and the kitty and the studio was such a cutie! Parking in the back is limited and it's noted not to park and the establishment next door so your best bet is street parking. 🩰🐈
