She was bubbly and energetic throughout the class and gave feedback on how we were doing each move. The class is small so she gives feedback to each student. I felt welcomed, taught without judgement, and freely moved my body. Great workout that had me sweating by the end. Instructor was both knowledgeable and gave clear instructions. Gave lots of opportunities for questions. Studio was clean and atmosphere was enticing. Easy to find. I walked in nervous and walked out confident. Will be returning, this was what I needed!
