Her routines, while varied, are generally heavier on core with lighter weights, which can be a perfect strength combo to alternate with other instructors (Jennifer for instance generally goes heavier on weights and Heidi is the queen of balance exercises).

se alle anmeldelserBeautiful studio and very welcoming staff. First timer for yoga here and Jen the instructor and the front desk make you feel very comfortable. Jen’s teaching techniques are very clear and even as a first timer I managed to follow along. The hot yoga sculpt was a challenge but in a great way. The community that was in the class also very welcoming and motivating. I will definitely be back!

se alle anmeldelserMaggie is so cool, I think she did great. I really needed this class today. Great to get the benefits of a hot room but without an intense yoga or Pilates work out. Stretching and breathing was much needed. Very relaxing, I almost feel asleep. Shoes not needed. Just mat, towel, and water. Can’t wait to come back!
