Two areas of feedback would be to heat the room during the winter and not allow students in class if they arrive late. A student arrived at 8:05 and was disruptive to the peaceful energy at the beginning of class - not fair to the dozens of other students who had been timely.

I felt like she has been the most inclusive of all teachers at this studios so far that I’ve tried. She was mindful of everyone at all levels of practice. I really appreciated that and felt more grace towards myself when I couldn’t always hold the poses I wanted. I was happy I was given other options.

Her Ra Strength is a perfect blend of vinyasa and strength exercises, without being too cardio heavy (I prefer this when it comes to a strength / yoga blend class). Music was great as well and overall attitude was super positive and friendly. I’ll be back for her classes.
