It was my first class with fit407, so she took the time to explain the reformer and the moves prior to starting class, which was awesome since it set me up for the flow of the class. And she also pays so close to everyone’s form, fixing it to allow us to do everything correctly and get the most of the workout. Loved how she was also super encouraging too!

We went through a ton of different moves for every part of the body, even though it was just an introduction to their machine and equipment, it felt like a full body workout!
