se alle anmeldelserGaiaFlow does a wonderful job of incorporating the yamas and niyamas of yoga into their classes, making them about more than just movement. The singing bowls at the end of class was a nice touch, too! Chris' instruction was well paced and at an appropriate level for what is meant to be one of GaiaFlow's introductory level classes. I have loved GaiaFlow for years, and classes like this one are why!

se alle anmeldelserInstructor was great at setting the tone and vibes of this relaxing deep stretch class. I did poses I haven’t done in other beginner type courses, and it was pretty awesome. The instructor did a really good job of walking you through the poses, helping to transition from one to the next, providing guidance and adjustments as necessary. Highly recommend!
