Cole is super kind and approachable and is more than happy to help you with your form. She gave lots of alternatives, depending on your experience level throughout the class, and her playlist was on fire!

Secondly, I've been doing Pilates for over a year and Lagree for at least 8, the instructor in this class challenged me in a great way. She was so attentive to my form. I can't wait to go again.

I am recovering from tendonitis on my feet so it was perfect for me because of the use of the TRX straps and the mat underneath. I am trying to stay in shape without aggravating my feet so it was low impact. There was jumping but I did an alternative. Peggy was very straight forward demonstrating and explaining each move. Love the fact we did some foot work before working out! Much needed!

He was also very considerate with asking for consent to gently correct my form (which was needed and appreciated!!) all and all I will definitely be back.
