This was my first yoga class with Ivana, and I found her flow nice and easy to follow. She provides clear cues and offers variations for different levels, so everyone can comfortably join in. If you’ve been to Core Collective before, you might also like to know that, in addition to their usual amenities, they now provide makeup remover and moisturizers as well. Super, super recommended!

It was the perfect mix of relaxation, stretching, and strength training, especially for the arms. The atmosphere made it so easy to really switch off, reconnect with yourself, and fully relax while still feeling like you got a great workout. By the end of the class, I genuinely felt like a new person. I’ll definitely be coming back again.
