I enjoyed getting to try some new forms, and styles plus helpful adjustments as well. I got a great sweat, vibing with the tunes, and also a quality relaxation. We didn't do a whole lot in the way of traditional yoga asanas, but I loved how the teacher based the practice on the upcoming Lunar New Year and how this relates to transitions and energy in the body. This really resonated with where I'm at, and transitions in my own life right now. Also, this business is super cool and I can't wait to come back and try the bathhouse!
