Her cues were clear and easy to follow. I love how she walked the room and gave so many adjustments. Another plus, her music choice was so great. I will definitely be booking again!

Rachel is great at interacting with students from start to finish. Her routine was so much fun. Every single block flowed into the next. She chose such effective moves for each series. Her divided up her full range, pulses and holds perfectly. I’m tempted to buy a class pack with Define. Rachel made my experience with Define fantastic.

This was not unique to her, this is every Lagree class. Also please ask before hands on form corrections. I don’t mind them but I like to be asked first. Great workout overall & instructor was nice.
