se alle anmeldelserI arrived slightly late, Google maps had me at the building Nextdoor. But Devin was so gracious and allowed me to join in and offered me some grippy socks. The workout was challenging but manageable, I was sweating almost immediately. Next time I’m in town I’ll be back!!

se alle anmeldelserFirstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

I love how he asks us what we want to do and tailors the class for us. So we got to practice crow, handstand and do a bit of aerial even.

I had mentioned I have an allergy to incense/fragrance and they removed anything related from the classroom. I am so grateful that this place opened. Sound is generally therapeutic for me, so to be a part of this class and community feels warm. Thank you for being so welcoming and having great contagious energy. 🙏
