Easier movement to transition into to is key And not as repetitive movements- max twice, three to four times is too much, as there’s only so much time in a class, there’s millions of different positions to get into that need to be touched on. today was her first vinyasa flow class to teach though & she did great! 😄

She then explained her teaching style and what to expect in the class. I really felt that she cared for each student attending and wanted to make sure we all got the most out of the class. The class itself kicked my butt but in the best way possible. What a fabulous workout and caring instructor. I’ll definitely be back :)

Small groups rotated between stations every 9 mins, so even though it was challenging it went by fast. I really appreciated that Jesse paired me with a member to explain the circuits, correct form, etc. Maybe one of the friendliest gyms I’ve been to! High energy, welcoming community, plentiful parking, good music, and a gorgeous and thoughtful space😍
