se alle anmeldelserI really enjoyed this class! The instructor had great energy, kept everyone motivated, and the class flew by. The workout was well paced and engaging from start to finish. My only suggestion would be to offer heavier weights. The heaviest dumbbells available were 20 pounds, which felt a bit limiting for lower body exercises. Other than that, it was a fantastic class, and I’d definitely take it again.

se alle anmeldelserGreat experience here. Front office staff was friendly and helpful as it was my first time here. Love that there are amenities and showers here. Most importantly, really liked Shelby’s energy! A challenging class but not impossible. Definitely coming back again!
