Karina’s flow was really cohesive - dynamic upper back and shoulder activators that then facilitated the heart opening yin poses that came afterwards. I had a really profound release of tension and tons of blood flow to my neck and head (where so much of us hold tension). Really enjoyed Karina’s instruction as well. 10/10 would come again.

se alle anmeldelserJenna put together a fun and challenging sequence with great music! Some of the transitions between poses felt abrupt so it didn’t feel like a more traditional flow. I appreciated her encouraging energy and hands on adjustments throughout the class.

Playlist is always good. Very attentive instructor yet balances It well with making sure she’s showing the poses and flow a few times.
