se alle anmeldelserClass was good -- lots of variety of workouts, lots of modifications given if needed, and I felt like I got a very good workout in. I wish they had more than two showers though; I was at the 6am class and even though I made a beeline for the showers, I still had to wait about 10 minutes to get into a shower. The class was great though!
