He provides multiple variations of postures to meet the needs of people in different ranges from beginner to advanced yogi. Also everyone has tattoos who shows up to his class so it’s always entertaining to see the artwork. Totally love this class!

se alle anmeldelserI almost don’t want to write a review because I don’t want other people to discover this class. Wowowowowowow!!! This was truly a beautiful yoga experience. I feel like the people here who complained about this class have no idea what kundalini yoga is. It is Breathwork + movement! It is not a regular vinyasa flow class. The sound bath at the end was genuinely moving — the teacher is a talented sound master, so lucky to have happened upon this class! Wowowowowowow!!!

se alle anmeldelserThis is an open class and not an adult class so make sure you’re okay with that! There were 2 adults and 3 8-10 year olds. The little girls were totally cool with having “old” people in their class. This class was super fun and Andrew is very welcoming. It was pure Jazz—very fosse and fun. I would definitely go again ☺️ As a note: park at the back of the building!

It combines cardio fitness, balance and strength through various movement arts (dance arts, martial arts, yoga, for example) with suggested modifications so you can decide to use whatever level works best for your body that day. The music is inspiring with curated playlists and the instructor, Christine, knows how to make it fun and gives plenty of options so you can sweat and get a great workout as well as fuel your soul through the music-mind-movement connection. It’s great for taking you “out of your head” and into the sensations of your body. I also like that it helps open my mind to creativity, too! The other students in the class are very nice and it’s a very welcoming group. Going to Christine’s class can really elevate my mood! I love the space at St Pete Dance! The parking is easy and the studio is cozy, clean with lovely, natural light, There’s a comfortable floor for dancing barefoot and a huge mirrored wall so you can easily see the instructor and see your form, too, for visual feedback. Honestly it’s such a great anti-aging class! I highly recommend it!
