If you’re late, feeling uncomfortable in a pose, or keep knocking over your water bottle (like I was lol) she is always there to help you. I never feel pushed to do more than I can in her classes, and I always feel so great after! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for fun start to your day!

I was hesitant at first because I don’t usually like spin classes but this class was perfect amount of intensity since they adjust your goal to your personal skill level. I will be back for sure!

We got so much done in this class and really got to experiment with the musicality and dance elements of pole. LOVED!! All the instructors at Intice are incredible

It wasn’t busy at all midday Sunday, which was amazing. Would highly recommend for open gym!

It combines cardio fitness, balance and strength through various movement arts (dance arts, martial arts, yoga, for example) with suggested modifications so you can decide to use whatever level works best for your body that day. The music is inspiring with curated playlists and the instructor, Christine, knows how to make it fun and gives plenty of options so you can sweat and get a great workout as well as fuel your soul through the music-mind-movement connection. It’s great for taking you “out of your head” and into the sensations of your body. I also like that it helps open my mind to creativity, too! The other students in the class are very nice and it’s a very welcoming group. Going to Christine’s class can really elevate my mood! I love the space at St Pete Dance! The parking is easy and the studio is cozy, clean with lovely, natural light, There’s a comfortable floor for dancing barefoot and a huge mirrored wall so you can easily see the instructor and see your form, too, for visual feedback. Honestly it’s such a great anti-aging class! I highly recommend it!
