It was a really good workout and Brittany did a good job explaining each of the poses , which I really appreciated. Will definitely be back.

I am a runner, a spinner, and all around busybody; this class was beautifully instructed and allowed me to be less crunchy. If you’re late, feeling uncomfortable in a pose, or keep knocking over your water bottle (like I was lol) she is always there to help you. I never feel pushed to do more than I can in her classes, and I always feel so great after! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for fun start to your day!

I appreciate this because most of the time, I’m clueless about how my form actually is. Anyway, I felt the burn a lot on the reformer! It was my first time using one ever, and it was a great workout honestly. We did foam rolling in the second portion of the class and were able to learn some helpful tips with this too. All in all, 10/10 recommend to anyone
