She explains everything in great detail and makes the whole experience feel comfortable and easy to follow. A special thank you to Femke as well. She gives everyone such a warm welcome and is incredibly patient, taking the time to explain things as many times as needed. She is especially attentive to first-time visitors, making sure everything is explained clearly and that no one feels lost or unsure. Her warmth and care really made me feel at home from the very beginning. Overall, it was such a lovely and positive experience. I felt welcomed, supported, and very comfortable throughout the class. During flow lessons the studio is warmed up and you really sweat 💦 Kim goes around you and helps correct your pose when you need which I as a beginner really appreciate 🙏 It's a challenging class and Kim even offers optional variations like hand standing positions. All at all a great lesson which I recommend with my whole heart.

I’ve tried different classes as well, but the classes with Flaminia are my absolute favourite. Her instructions are clear and you can see she puts a lot of work in preparing the classes. Every class is a bit different and it keeps surprising me how many different exercises she can come up with. I personally prefer when a teacher corrects me if I’m doing something wrong.
