The only things are the commute there was so crazy with the traffic and the parking is not the best. It was very full, but thankfully i was able to find a spot. They also sent someone down to bring you up which is nice. The studio itself is very clean and everyone was kind and professional. It was just a bit far for me to commute to and i didn’t realize there would be so much traffic. Overall, a great place to get a massage 💆🏻♀️

It’s not a tanning bed clearly, but I was wondering. You get to choose which wavelength you want, and I went with the “pain” one which goes the deepest to heal your muscles while also doubling up for your skin. I did a workout before going in and I actually did feel like my muscles were less sore. Not sure if it’s placebo but it was pretty relaxing! I did start sweating a bit though 😂 would love to try the other services at the Sweat and Tonic Spa
