The instruction was occasionally confusing but the instructor offered lots of helpful feedback/correction. It would have been useful to have all the moves on the screen for reference. Also, love these classes but can be challenging to acquire the weights needed for the class as per the recommendations. Otherwise great class!

The only things are the commute there was so crazy with the traffic and the parking is not the best. It was very full, but thankfully i was able to find a spot. They also sent someone down to bring you up which is nice. The studio itself is very clean and everyone was kind and professional. It was just a bit far for me to commute to and i didn’t realize there would be so much traffic. Overall, a great place to get a massage 💆🏻♀️
