Also, I have never tried some moves before that has been taught in this class. That was good. But I felt like I was hoping to get a little more help on some exercises but nevertheless, it was a great workout ☺️

se alle anmeldelserClean and welcoming studio. Good to know: slip socks required; 12 reformers; Level 1 for beginners or new to reformer machine. There was no intro for new members but Instructor Pam was very knowledgeable, attentive, and clear with instructions — so just follow along, mirror others, or ask for guidance. Everyone is nice. Would come back if I can get in. These classes are always booked plus waitlist from studio members; very rare do slots come available for CP members.

Joyce is the absolute sweetest and creates such a welcoming environment that instantly makes everyone feel comfortable. The people in class are also so kind and supportive which makes it even better. I lift a lot and every single class reminds me how badly my body needs this. I never realize how tight and sore I am until I get there. Since starting, my recovery, flexibility, and overall mobility have improved so much, especially with my shoulder and hip injuries. I always leave feeling like a completely new person. Seriously cannot recommend this class enough. Joyce is amazing and this class has done more for my body than I expected.

The instructor was knowledgeable and gave clear instructions, making it easy to follow along, even for a beginner. The studio was clean and welcoming, and the equipment was in excellent condition. Club Pilates is definitely worth checking out!
