Kellie really makes me feel comfortable in how far I take each pose and gives me the courage to try a little more or a little less depending on how my body is feeling. I would absolutely recommend this class.

se alle anmeldelserNice moderate sized class this morning. All the equipment needed for the class are available. Instructor was warm and engaging. This class definitely has the range of challenges for beginners to more experienced. Looking forward to coming back.
