She was very clear with poses and her transitions were smooth. And had a great playlist. Honestly this was the absolute perfect class! Shes the best

The class was challenging but taught at a pace that connected me to my body gently. the sound bath at the end was incredible, and the vegan dinner afterward was such a lovely moment in community.
