I would prefer a degree or two cooler for temperature, with a more challenging flow BUT the instructor is kind, thorough, and gives great cues/corrections which balanced out the experience for me. I recommend Mel to anyone exploring hot yoga!

I enjoyed how Jennifer explained what certain poses did the the body and other fun new knowledge. The ambience was really soft and nice to help me to relax and be present.
