    Miss Janina Abiles' yin yoga class today was real nice. The bolsters and I had a proper love affair - we're practically dating now. Completely passed out during savasana and only my light snoring gave me away. Delightfully surprising to see several burly dudes embracing their yin side - who knew chest hair and deep hip openers could coexist so beautifully? Kept my fuzzy socks firmly on because #rebel, and channeled my inner sloth throughout the entire blissful session. Chill. Janina's soothing voice could calm a hurricane. Five stars and all my zen vibes to this class that turned me into human jello. My only complaint? Having to eventually leave.

    The instructor was incredibly nice and accommodating. The people in the class were also very nice and I definitely felt welcomed. The studio was really easy to navigate as well. I really liked the small class size too. I’ve taken a few hot yoga classes before, but I will say that this was one of the most challenging classes I’ve ever taken. I would consider myself to be a beginner still as I know most of the poses and enjoy classes usually. This is not really a class for beginners, but if you’re willing to stick the class out, you may learn something new! ☺️
