se alle anmeldelserReally nice practice and music, with a great instructor. Typical vinyasa flows, lots of core/bridge poses and a shavasana with cold (I think eucalyptus or lavender?) towels. Up one flight of stairs to get in, the studio is clean and gorgeous with a large room and low lighting for the class. There are pre-assigned spots for mats - you can't choose your space via ClassPass, I was stuck by the door which I didn't love. But also for your first class they give a free mat plus two towels for your face and mat. The temperature felt hotter in the room than other similar studios I've been to, but they opened the door a lot.
