se alle anmeldelserBest class I’ve ever had! I’ve been to many studios and taken classes with lots of instructors, but Lauren is hands down my favorite of all time. Her energy, attention to detail, and constant encouragement pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. I’ll be honest, I don’t usually recommend heated classes for beginners, and her class is definitely challenging. However, if you’re not completely new to mat Pilates and want a workout that will leave you drenched in sweat, do yourself a favor and book Lauren’s class. It was my first time taking her class, and I loved everything about it—the pace, the way she cued movements, and the overall flow. She walked around the room to help correct everyone’s form, which I really appreciated. The music was good, but honestly, it was Lauren who made the class feel so amazing. Highly, highly recommend Lauren’s classes!!

She’s so informative and knows how to cater to participants’ needs before, during, and after class. The class is very restorative and educational. I always leave her class feeling good and learn something new.

se alle anmeldelserThis class was challenging in the best way. I felt like my core was being ripped apart and built up again. The studio remodel is so nice as well! Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

Prenatal Massage
se alle anmeldelserEmily was incredible! She was very sweet and attentive to my needs. I enjoyed this massage more than other prenatal massages because she focused on getting the knots I had out. She wasn’t afraid to use pressure, which I appreciated. This will definitely help me with third trimester aches and pains! She is also very receptive and if higher pressure isn’t your thing, she adjusts with no issue. The space was calm, inviting, clean, and had peaceful music. I would definitely come back!
