I’ve been going to the gym for years, but cardio isn’t my strong suit so I was nervous about that so if you’re in the same boat take what you need from the class, go at your pace and modify as needed. Don’t let your self limiting beliefs keep you from taking this amazing class!!! Amy was great, she briefed the newbies (it was my first time) on what to expect before the class started. Def will go again!

se alle anmeldelserThe class was scheduled for the wrong time on class pass (it had already finished when I got there), however I let a staff member know about the scheduling issue and I asked what class was happening at my scheduled time. The class was “Pound” and I decided to give it a try, it was a lot of fun and I appreciate them letting me join. Only rating 4 stars due to the scheduling issue but I am thankful there was another class I could try instead.
