se alle anmeldelserfirst time here. really convenient location, great class. the studio itself is pretty cool, nice changing room, very clean. good instructor, great adjustments. she spoke clearly and slowly... very much like the flow of the class. I was dripping sweat!! I'll return for sure!

I have been doing yoga for about 78 months and I’ve had a lot of amazing teachers throughout this time, but this was by far just the most rewarding class I’ve ever taken. I am looking for classes with this instructor and I don’t see any so hopefully she’ll do more classes.

se alle anmeldelserMy second time coming to this class, love the class and love the instructor! It gives more of a mat Pilates class than yoga- I would say it’s a good mix of both, but you are doing lunges squats etc with 3 and 5 pound weights. Will becoming to the class again!

I always enjoy her teachings on more advanced poses, and I seek out her classes on the schedule. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a great workout with lots of sweat!
