Arrived 15 minutes early when the 6AM class finished and she was extremely welcoming when explaining how the class works and showing me around the space. The room was split down the middle with the Lower and Upper exercise stations and Darlene did an excellent job explaining each move to everyone. Overall great first time experience and can’t wait to come back and try new classes!

She attended to the class to make sure we were doing the proper workout. As far as Renegade, the three stations and various exercises are very confusing and although there are whiteboards with the specific details, some are unclear. I would recommend some screens with videos of the workouts to make it easier to keep up. It’s definitely doable for a beginner and with time, it will become easier to keep up. I will definitely be back.
